The Project
The Girls’ LEAP 2025 Impact Report is a 12–16 page publication highlighting a milestone year of serving 500+ girls and gender-expansive youth. The project centered on creating a polished, visually engaging report, with clean layouts, accessible infographics, refined copy, and brand-aligned visuals, to support donor outreach and multi-channel marketing.
The Challenge
The report needed to present varied content, impact metrics, youth stories, program expansion, financials, and leadership letters in a clear, uplifting, and easy-to-navigate format. The project required:
• Visual clarity for dense programs and impact data
• A balanced structure for narrative and metrics
• Alignment with Girls’ LEAP’s bold, youth-centered brand
• Framework to promote across multiple channels
The Outcome
The final project delivered a concise, cohesive visual system that highlighted major achievements, such as top-quartile SEL ratings and the launch of Media Mindset, through clean infographics, strong imagery, and streamlined messaging, alongside the strategy and assets to promote across the web, social, and email. The design supported Girls’ LEAP’s fundraising and communications efforts, giving the organization a professional, compelling tool for donors, partners, and community engagement.
